Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Complete work
   • Work is completed and appropriate personnel are notified, in accordance with workplace procedures
   • Work area is cleared of waste, cleaned, restored and secured, in accordance with workplace procedures
   • Tools and equipment are maintained and stored, in accordance with workplace procedures
   • Work completion details are finalised, in accordance with workplace procedures
2. Plan and prepare for work
   • Requirements including scope of work and assigned roles are identified and confirmed with appropriate personnel or by site inspection, in accordance with workplace procedures
3. Work, Health and Safety (WHS)/Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, legislative requirements, industry standards, codes of practice, manufacturers' specifications, environmental obligations and workplace procedures are reviewed in preparation for work
4. Resources are obtained and inspected for compliance with job specification
5. Relevant plans, drawings and manuals are selected and used, in accordance with workplace procedures
6. Work is planned, sequenced and prioritised, in accordance with workplace procedures
7. Isolations are requested, if required, in accordance with workplace procedures
8. Work area is prepared, in accordance with workplace procedures
9. Conduct maintenance onwind generator turbinecontrol systems
   • Faulty control system equipment is replaced, in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and workplace procedures
10. Documented service checklists, or similar, are followed, in accordance with workplace procedures
11. Diagnostic testing and data from monitoring systems are used to identify those components requiring maintenance
12. Control system equipment is dismantled for maintenance, if required, in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and workplace procedures
13. Approved maintenance techniques are used to enable identification or reassembly of components, in accordance with workplace procedures
14. New components are obtained and inspected for compliance with manufacturers' specifications, in accordance with workplace procedures
15. Control system equipment is tested, monitored and adjusted, as required, in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and workplace procedures
    • Work is completed and appropriate personnel are notified, in accordance with workplace procedures
16. Work area is cleared of waste, cleaned, restored and secured, in accordance with workplace procedures
17. Tools and equipment are maintained and stored, in accordance with workplace procedures
18. Work completion details are finalised, in accordance with workplace procedures
